Join me for a monthly shamanic journey group that meets on Zoom on Friday evenings or on an occasional Saturday or Sunday. We will have the opportunity to do shamanic journeys for ourselves and others, deepening our connections with our helping spirits and our shamanic community.

This group is for newcomers to shamanic journey as for well as for seasoned journeyers (and everyone in between!). Limited instruction will be provided.

$15 to $25 sliding scale with $20 being requested; no one turned away due to lack of funds.

NOTE: This journey group will NOT be recorded.

To prepare:

• Be sure you are in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

• Wear comfortable clothing.

• Bring water to drink.

• Bring a journal/pen/paper for notes.

• Bring something to cover your eyes (scarf, eye mask).

• You may also wish to bring a candle, small animal figurine, rock/stone, picture, etc.

• Optional: Bring a drum or rattle.

Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 6:30pm - 8:30pm - Eastern Time IN-PERSON IN GREENBELT, MARYLAND!

Join me for an IN-PERSON journey group! The spirits encouraged me to meet in person in addition to meeting on Zoom so here we are!

We will be meeting at a dance studio in Old Greenbelt, Maryland (near the New Deal Cafe). 

We will have the opportunity to do shamanic journeys for ourselves and others, deepening our connections with our helping spirits and our shamanic community. We will also be calling up our songs and dancing the animals.

This group is for newcomers to shamanic journey as for well as for seasoned journeyers (and everyone in between!). Limited instruction will be provided.

NOTE: We will be using a dance studio that has rules in place to take care of the dance floor, including NO STREET SHOES. Please be prepared to wear socks, go barefoot, or use indoor-only dance shoes on the dance floor. 

Please bring:

• Socks, indoor-only shoes, or bare feet for the dance floor.

• There will be folding chairs available but if you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring a yoga mat or blanket.

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move.

• A journal/pen/paper for notes.

• Something to cover your eyes (scarf, eye mask). 

• Water to drink in a SEALED container; no Stanley cups or open-faced water containers. 

• NOTE: No other drinks and no food allowed in the dance studio, but you may bring a snack to eat afterwards to help with grounding; the food may be eaten in the hallway or outside.

• Optional: Frame drum, rattle - NOTE: This is NOT a poly-rhythmic drum circle. We will use a steady, repetitive drum beat for shamanic journey work, singing, and dancing.

• Optional: a small animal figurine, rock/stone, picture, etc., for the center. NO CANDLES
